This disclaimer governs your participation in remote part-time work opportunities. By engaging in remote part-time work, you accept this disclaimer in full. If you disagree with any part of this disclaimer, you should not participate in remote part-time work arrangements.

Nature of Work

The remote part-time work arrangement is based on a contractual agreement between the worker and the employer/client. This is not an employment relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate employment contract.

Responsibilities

As a remote part-time worker based in Ghana, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your work environment meets necessary requirements for productivity and data security
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations under Ghanaian law
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or registrations required for your work
• You must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information you may access

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company/client shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party related to the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
